This welding head functions fine. But the plastic has dried and cracked as shown in the photos. There are two threaded mounting holes on the bottom to affix the head to a work surface. There is also a connection point on the bottom to interface to a foot pedal or air cylinder to leave the operator's hands free to position and hold the work pieces in place. The power circuit appears to be in good condition and the microswitch closes as designed. The electrodes included are of an unknown alloy and will need to be squared up if you want to use them. The plastic case is not structural and can be replaced with any nonconductive material to keep the inside of the weld head clean and fingers out. A plastic fabricator that makes point-of-purchase displays for retail stores is likely to have the tools to make a new plastic cover if you like. I'm ... morenot sure that Unitek will have a replacement cover due to this model's age. I don't find anything in their current catalog that looks like this model. This table was originally set up to be a dual weld station. All fixtures that were previously mounted have been removed and it is now a heavy duty table.
