It is in excellent cosmetic condition and I will check out the functions shortly. It it is a larger unit 19x9x15" and rather heavy unit about 38 lbs. It has black crinkle paint that is in very nice condition with a leather lift handle. It has a 5" CRT and has a nice bright trace.All the knobs are in great shope with 4 chicken head and others. I have been repairing electronics equipment at component level for 45 years. I am semi-retired now and enjoy remanufacturing test equipment. Along with anything that comes along broke. The BK 2160 has been one of my favorite Oscilloscopes. This model is quite simple to use, accurate, dependable and many times helped save me hours of repair by using the component test feature. It is outstanding for in circuit testing. Retired I have the time to test every electrolytic capacitor, pn junction, and resistor, replacing any I find out of tolerance range. I clean and inspect all circuit board paths, strip bad textured solder and resolder connections. I then took this scope and went through the calibration procedures twice and used it daily on my bench for several weeks to make sure it is solid. I am comfortable with it being completely serviced ... moreand in perfect working order. The picture of the pn junction is using the compoment tester. This Oscope comes with: Owners manuel. Service/ Parts manuel and Calibration procedure manuel. As in picture it comes with new. Unused set of TP 6100/ 100 meg probes and Tema coiled test leads. This is an Antique B&K Precision Oscilloscope. It powers on. Buttons work as you can see how voltage is adjusted as well as the position, and all the buttons for the exception of a V input for GND. The external 2 wiring were not tested either. As Is in pictures. You can use for parts, repair, testing or whatever you choose. Not fully tested just basic button testing ONLY. SERIOUS BIDS ONLY!
