It works up past 350 MHz and even shows up to 2GHz on Freq measurement in 10x. but attenuation/cal becomes an issue way up there if you want more than a look/state on the wave form. Notice the picture with 500pS per division on 10x probe. that is a wave at 450MHz top of band width. but plenty of room to see even more. Here's a very nice 2213A scope. Everything is working fine. This has a delayed sweep with excellent triggering. This will trigger on alternate sweeps as shown in the picture. The frequency response is very conservative and it's only about 6 db down at 100 Mhz. It triggers fine at 100 MHz. This includes the front cover. These newer Tek scopes are generally more reliable than their earlier scopes.
