Easy to use fusion splicer for single-mode and multi-mode fibers. It is compact and ruggedly built. It can run on its internal battery and be used in the field without AC power. It can also run on external 12 V DC such as car battery. As shown in the pictures the splicer and the oven for the heat shrinking sleeves work perfectly. These pictures were taken a few minutes ago. It has been light used it for a few years for my fiber optic consulting business. The internal counter says 802 splices have been made. The battery is brand new. When I prepare it for sale I found that the old battery was dead so I bought a new one. It is very easy and intuitive to operate.
