This turret lathe was donated to a local university. Which donated it to us. It was reported to be in working condition at the time of the original donation, but has not been powered up. Therefore it is listed as Not Working, rather than as Used. I believe that it will power up without problem(the other equipment acquired from the same source did) The year of manufacture is not actually known, but the Air Ministry tag is from 1942. It was reported that this was a Lend/Lease machine, and the tag seems to confirm that. It comes with 8 collets(one is in the machine) It appears that a drive multiplier was added to the original lathe. We do not have any way to evaluate this machine. It is being sold as-is, where-is.
