Up for bids is a Dotco pneumatic grinder/router in excellent condition. This is a very nice tool. It is spotlessly clean both inside and out. The tool was disassembled and inspected. The rotor is true and the cylinder is free of cuts. Grooves or wear. The vanes were undamaged and showed little wear and were not replaced. The bearings were free but a bit rough rough from lack of use so both were replaced with new, good quality sealed bearings. There is no internal damage or wear to this tool. There are no damaged or worn threads anywhere on this tool. This tool has a 1/2" diameter collet that is fine. Not sprung. The collett nut corners are not rounded off. The base plate is not worn, gouged, cracked or repaired. It was removed to clean and then painted. The rubber handles are also without cracks, cuts or gouges. The housing latch holds ... morethe tool tight and stays latched. The cast aluminum housing is undamaged and also free of past repairs. The exterior of the tool was cleaned and polished. It looks good. The roll on inlet valve holds when in the closed position and does not leak through. The tool has a 1/2" inlet port with good threads. The tool is not missing any hardware or fasteners. There are two shallow engravings on the tool. One on the side near the exhaust ports and one on the top. They are shown in the photos. We are experienced at repairing/rebuilding pneumatic tools and have decided to expand into EBay. We are confident in both our work and the items we sell. A Dotco 20000 RMP angle Grinder(cant find the wrenches) and a brand new Porter Cable Heavy Duty 3/8 90 degree air drill with the quick change chuck. All of have seen little or no use.
