It can monitor the standard confined space gases(LEL combustibles, oxygen deficiency, carbon monoxide, and hydrogen sulfide) and dynamically displays either%LEL or%volume with its auto-ranging ability. The GX-2003’s large LCD display shows all 4 gas readings. Battery level, current time, and will automatically backlight in alarm conditions. Each channel has 2 adjustable alarm levels in addition to TWA and STEL readings for carbon monoxide and hydrogen sulfide. The TWA and STEL readings are equipped with a lunch-break(pause) mode, which prevent the average readings from being reset when the unit is turned off. Standard alarm types include ... morevibration, visual and audible alarms that can be set to latching or non-latching. Controlled by a microprocessor, the GX-2003 continuously checks itself for sensor connections, low battery, circuit trouble, low flow, and calibration errors. You are bidding on two( 2) working and one(1) not working gas detectors. RKI INSTRUMENTS model GX-86A. I tested them on some CO2 and the alarm went off and units read 20.7 as seen in the pics. The unit with the tape on it had the two c size batteries go bad. And corroded the spring. It did not power up. But the sniffer part did work when tested on both other units. The sniffer cords are 12 foot length, to be lowered down in manholes ect. The units will have to be Tested and Inspected before being put into service by a certified inspector.
