The set case itself appears older just my opinion though. 5 tubes in all look unused,6 black caps, instructions for use and the red rubber squeeze ball. Leather strap is in good used condition. The carrying case looks good, has minor wear, is dirty, scratches and paint loss in spots. The Liberty label is worn off in spots. The instructions are dirty, stained, have wear and folds. Just rough simply put. The rubber is dirty, has wear,feels solid, doesn't appear dry rotted.
