This unit is guaranteed to power on and have each button work correctly and generate a response. Unfortunately. These are not fully tested and full functionality is not guaranteed. We did notice some minor scratches and scuffs and the blue rubbery bezel is a loose and is actually ripped in half in 1 spot, it is taped to stay on and connected. I have owned this a couple of years and never used it other than power up. Look at wave forms and turn off. I cannot locate the manual so you will have to download one. If I ever run a cross it. Which is likely I will send it along. Sorry the power on picture is crummy but the strobe flash kills digits and makes it appear there is an issue. That's what strobes do is freeze action so it would catch a number changing and look odd. So the power off photo shows this is clean as a whistle. Original box.
