I did not understand that these machines require certain things to be in place(water line. CO2, 220v power, etc. and you cannot just dump in water and mix and start it up. Because I purchased it at auction. I do not know the machine's history, but I do know it was in a location where it was serviced by the ICEE Company at some point. ICEE verified this but could not give me any other information. I powered on the unit and the display turned on and I was able to scroll through the various menu items. I do not know anything other than this as I do not have syrup. Co2 etc. to test with. I know at the very least it will need to be flushed/cleaned before use. The compressor looks to be newer than ... moreeverything else in the unit, but I cannot say for sure if it has been replaced. This unit was manufactured by the FBD company for Lancer. The cabinet is in pretty good condition with some dings and scrapes on the sides. Overall it is in good condition. But definitely shows signs of use.
