This programmable DC power supply was tested and is in good working order. Cosmetically there are some scuffs and scratches on the front of the unit. But no signs of misuse or abuse. I tested the voltage output on all three channels and found them to be working. Considering how accurate the output on this unit is, I can not guarantee that it is fully calibrated.
