Picked this up at a local estate sale and really know nothing about it. Here is what I can tell you. I am unable to test it for its intended use but I can tell you have powers on fine. It will need a detailed cleaning as it is rather dusty. There is a power cord included however it is not the original one for it but seems to function perfectly. There is one small knob that seems to have some damage however in researching this I did not see this piece on other models? At any rate I tried to highlighted in the last picture so please examine it closely. No leads or anything of that nature included with the exception of the power cord. Really don't know what else I can tell you but questions are welcome.

Shown is my EIP Model 535 frequency counter. It has option 8 installed(no idea what this is) It works very well. And accurate(I checked it with my GPS Timebase although it seems to have lost sensitivity in the upper ranges. I tested it at 10HGz with a gunnplexer, and was able to read the frequency of the gunnplexer with just a short wire in the input. The left hand handle was broken when I originally received it but it has been repaired and is quite sturdy. Other than a few cosmetic scratches. Etc, it is in great shape and should work for a long time if taken care of. It comes with the power cord and service manual on disk. It is ready to go with.
