I couldn't find a name on it. I think its a Lewco. I got it with a bunch of Lewco Transfer Conveyors. The arm is 54" long and 7" high. The other one is the same except it has a white piece of plastic attached to it. Right now the deck is 19" high. Looks like it can drop another 4" or raised another 4" The top of the arm is 17" off the deck. It can drop another 4" Two pneumatic cylinders move the arm. A 24 volt parker 4 way valve controls it. They are pneumatically powered and mount between conveyor sections. Standard stop gates use pneumatic power to lower the stop and a return spring to raise the stop back up. All stop gates halt workpiece pallets on the leading or trailing edge and have a maximum queue loading capacity. A double acting stop gate utilizes a pneumatic return. Description, This conveyor was used for lot/date code printing for data tape boxes that were 2" wide. It is made up of two 79" long sections for 158" 13' 2" total length. It currently has a continuous 4" roller wide track. With the rollers set up for 2" wide product. Each 79" section has a different maximum track width. The wider section will support a 9" wide track. The other will support a 7" track. All the wiring. Start/stop switch, speed control, emergency stop and other items are included. The overall dimensions are about 158" x 20"W x 36"H(adjustable) Even though this ... moreis TWO separate track units. They both share the same drive motor and drive shaft which makes it much more difficult to disassemble for shipping. That is why WE WILL NOT be responsible for shipping this system. We also will not build a 13' long pallet- sorry. We just don't have time for that, and we don't want to have to move that around in our warehouse. For manufacturer's page.
