Food Coffee Concession Trailer 7' x 14' finished Dec 2012 w/ Furnace and A/C
I am selling my concession trailer. To start off. The business and business name will be kept by me as I still operate the business but in a different fashion. The remaining few supplies, which amounts to the cups, syrups and items in drawers that are in the pics will also not be included. READ ON: Here's what it is. The trailer was finished in Dec 2012. So all the equipment is essentially the new this year as well. The trailer is 7' x 14' It is 2x2 wall construction that is insulated and the interior is lined with FRP walls. The floor is also 2x construction with plywood top and bottom with insulation in between. The 2x roof is also insulated and covered ... morewith a RV roof membrane. I installed a 5000 btu A/C with remote and a propane fired furnace that fires up off a thermostat on the wall for consistent temp control. There is a Bosch 4 gallon water heater under the sink. 40 gallon fresh water tank and 20 gallon waste tank. The front counter has a stainless steel handwash sink and 3 compartment stainless steel wash sink. The trailer is wired with a 100 amp 8 breaker box and has a transfer switch for 12 volt power for low voltage lights and trailer accessories. The 12 volt fuse block has 15 automotive type circuits to it. There are numerous 120 volt outlets through out the trailer. Maybe overkill but there is no need to run extension cords around the inside. There is a 4000 watt Champion generator mounted on the rear of the trailer. It can be removed if needed but I leave it in a sound deadening box that I built and run it out of. The generator remains in the box and frame that is attached to the frame of the trailer as it travels down the road. It can run off the generator all day in remote location or be plugged into land power if it is available. It is also wired with coax and power on the inside and outside to watch television

This trailer was purchased new for $59.456.00. I have the original paperwork. The trailer was made by QSI, which was a custom espresso trailer company in Oregon. They are out of business now. I purchased the espresso trailer from the original owners in PA. The owners tried to start a drive thru coffee bar in a very small town and were only in business for less than 6 months before closing it down. The building sat with the air and heat on until I purchased it last Fall. The sellers had nearly $80.000 in the set up and equipment. I have their receipts. They put it behind their gas station hoping to be the next star.buck. It didn't take off for them and so they gave up after a short time. The air and heat has been on the entire time. They wanted to protect their investment. My wife is from the sister town and a family member told them about ... moremy coffee business in Jackson, MI. I had a local guy take off the skirting and the awnings, and had another company pull it to Michigan. The trailer was on stabelizers with the wheels taken off. Ct as a vending"truck" and commercial kitchen(2012) We have grown into a permanent location and are no longer using the trailer. We had three people at a time working in the trailer with plenty of space. There is stainless counter space in the front and the back of the trailer by the three bay sink, an espresso machine area with its own small refridgerator. There is a larger NSF fridge for ingredients. This is a Southern Pride commercial smoker permanently mounted on a flatbed trailer and outfitted for concession sales. This is a high volume professional propane oven/ smoker. I used this unit as my primary oven when I owned and operated a barbeque restaurant in Connecticut. It would also be perfectly suited for barbeque competitions. Once you set the temperature and the time, you can walk away and your smoker will convert to a warming cabinet, keeping your food warm until you come back to retrieve it.
