The swivel casters are in very good condition and all work fine and were taking off a heavy duty industrial office copier that was scraped. Measurements are: Mounting plates are 4- inches by 3-1/4 inches wide and heavy in weight. Wheels are 3 inches in diameter and i believe to be heavy duty polyurethane or hard rubber wheels. Overall height is 4- 1/4 inches on 3 of the casters and 5-1/4 inches on the taller caster. The taller caster was mounted deeper in the unit they came off of but all 4 casters roll evenly. Here is a great set of industrial. Very heavy duty application, cast iron casters. The wheels themselves are cast iron, 6" in diameter, and 2" wide. They are each mounted on a swivel plate, the plate measures 5 1/2" x 5" Each caster stands about 7 1/2" in height. I can see Bassick 6 on each caster, and it also looks like the number 8261 is imprinted on the wheels. These casters are definitely for a heavy duty application. Each caster weighs 11 lbs. As can be seen in the pictures, there are scratches in the gold finish on each caster, all in the same places, but this, in no ways, impacts the function of these casters. There is also a bit of rust in some areas, but once again there is no impact on performance. All of the casters move freely on the attached swivel plates. Four cast iron industrial Bassick casters acquired at an industrial salvage auction. The Bassick Caster Company manufactured casters in Bridgeport. CT and is no longer in existence. These casters are huge and from what I have learned, I believe they probably came from an industrial factory cart. The iron wheels measure 3-1/2" in diameter and each caster weighs well over 6 pounds. They all roll and swivel as they should. Each has a grease fitting and the ball bearings can be seen under the edge of their enclosures. They are marked in more than one place with the manufacturer's name; and the part#477 is prominently stamped on one end of the bases. There are other numbers in various places which are likely part numbers for other components. There is heavy patina/rust and minor visible wear to the wheels. Up for your consideration here we have a Used Set of 4 Bassick Model 499 Swivel Casters with grease points for the wheels and the swivel action that were removed from a large heavy Medical Yag Laser from the 1980s. The machine weighed 600+ pounds. The wheels are marked Bassick and T-4. We believe they are made from a very dense rubber from feel and all of these spin as they should. The swivel action moves smooth as well. With the hex bolts each of these caster's weight over 4 lbs each. So the set of 4 weights just under 17 lbs with the bolts. The wheels measure 4" in diameter and are 1.5" thick. The swivel frame of each caster has a zinc gold and are marked"Bassick 499" and#12481 on each. Set of 4- Faultless Brand- 5" Industrial Casters- 2 Swivel- 2 Fixed
Heavy Duty- Faultless Brand- 5" Industrial Casters- 2 swivel. 2 stationary. These are a set of 4 used but absolutely not abused Industrial type casters. The wheels are 5" in diameter and 1" wide. The mounting plate measures 3 5/8" X 2 9/16 X 3/32" thick. The wheels appear to have been used on a smooth concrete or tile surface as there is no holes or chunks missing from the wheels. The two wheels swivel with ball bearings and the other two are stationary. I tried to show any defects with the pictures and I have to comment on one of the bases are discolored but it no way affects the performance of the caster. They are actually pretty bright and shiney. I did not see any cracks. Chips, or repairs when I looked these over. The three on the bottom left appear to be partially brass and weigh 1lb each. 10 inch casters Industrial Swivel Hard Rubber Hospital Grease Fittings Set of 4
Nice set of 4 casters that measure 10" in diameter with an 11" mounting height. The mounting plate itself is 4.5x3.75" in measurement. These wheels were removed from an industrial service cart used in a major hospital. There are two that swivel(see grease fittings) and the other two are simply straight. Everything rolls well. Hard rubber tires and hard plastic wheels for ultra quiet operation. I am unsure as to capacity. There is nothing stamped on base or the wheels themselves. I would imagine these can hold several hundred pounds and are the best you can get before going to metal rims. We have hauled as much as 500 lbs with no issues. Bid accordingly. The total package weighs right at 26 lbs.

Set of 3 old cast iron swivel caster wheels. Heavy wheels. These have a marking of 5H on the top. And all have the same marking on the bottom. The base is approx. 3"x4" Wheels are 2 1/2" diameter. 1 1/2" thick. In original found condition. Dirt and surface rust. They do rotate just fine. Sure it will be better after a nice cleaning and oiling. These wheels are heavy, weighing a little over 2 lbs each.
