Being used, there are scuffs and scratches. The cork shoulder rest is missing some small pieces as can be seen in the second-to-last picture. The cord insulation is completely intact, and the alligator clips do not have corrosion. The polarity tester works and the led lights are working. None of the buttons stick and none of the toggle switches are loose. The belt clip is still firmly mounted and secure.
