Quincy model QDTH 150 cfm heatless desiccant compressed air dryer. Manufactured for Quincy by Pneumatec. Will dry to-40 Deg. F at 150 CFM flow. Which would be the full output of a 40 HP compressor. This dryer was taken out of service on a medical air system in a hospital because it was too big for the air load. A smaller dryer was installed in its place. Dryer was manufactured in 2006 and has ASME labeled tanks. Purch system was modified by the hospital to allow for manual adjustment of purge flow. this in no way affects the proper operation of the dryer. 150 PSU maximum pressure. 115 Volt operation current. Inlet and outlet ports are 1 1/2" NPT. I installed one new flow valve, as the existing one didn't seem to be opening properly. Dryer was tested through several cycles.

Produces about 36 CFM with a 10 HP motor. Can produce about 55 CFM with a 15 HP motor. 120 gallon grasshopper style tank rated at 200 PSI. Has all items required to run, including outlet check, relief, and aftercooler, unload valve, tank relief, pressure switch, hour meter, automatic drain valve, and NEMA Size 2 motor starter(much oversized) Currently set up to pump up to about 118 PSI, then unload until pressure drops to 115 PSI. Will shut off at about 122 PSI, restart around 110 PSI. Motor starter is mounted in an enclosure and wired to the motor and pressure switch. For sale is a 2005 Quincy QT-15 Duplex with 2 15HP motors and 2 pumps mounted on a 200 gallon tank. It has some minor imperfections on the belt guards. Fins on the intercoolers, and a dent on the control box, but overall it is in very good condition. This is a great compressor, capable of producing 51 ACFM@ 175 psi each for a total of 102 ACFM@ 175 psi at 923 RPM. At 1150 max RPM, the pumps are capable of producing 62 ACFM each at 175 psi for a total of 124 ACFM@ 175 psi. As you can see in the video, the compressor pumps can fill the 200 gallon tank in about 3 minutes. Quincy 230 air compressor pump
This is a quincy 230 compressor pump. Had a 5hp electric motor on it. This compressor was used in my paint shop for years, it was working fine but getting a little oil in the air, so I took it to a shop to have it rebuilt. They took it apart and said getting a new one for $1200 would be the best way to go. The new one is half as heavy as this one, doesn't put out as much air, and is twice as loud. I hate to throw this one away after seeing the quality of it compared to the new one. I have all the parts this auction is for the whole thing, I would sell individual parts if it doesn't sell.
