It was last serviced at about 18000 hours with the oil. Oil filter, air filter, and separator changed. I have genuine Kaeser oil, air, and separator filters I will include with the compressor. It is currently wired for 460V 3 phase, but can be switched to 230V 3 phase easily. The compressor can produce 120 CFM at 100 psi. I have a Kaeser AS 31 air compressor and Arrow dryer in great working condition for sale. It is currently hooked up so you can come and see it run. I also have a video of this equipment running. We replaced the motor in the compressor a year ago. I can have you talk to the company that maintained the compressor and dryer if you have technical questions about the system or condition. It comes with the gray air storage tank you see in the photo as well as the water collection black tank. It comes with the pair of Kaeser filters in the photos. You get the valves and the electrical wall mounted fuse box/ switch too. You will need to remove it from the current location. For sale is a Kaeser ASD 40 S 40HP Direct Drive Rotary Screw Air Compressor. With Kaeser's one-to-one drive. The airend is directly connected to the motor via a maintenance-free coupling that eliminates transmission losses. Kaeser’s direct drive screw compressors deliver outstanding performance and increase energy savings. Kaeser uses oversized airends specifically selected to produce the required output in flow and pressure. Compared to compressors using small, high-speed, gear-driven airends, the one-to-one drive provides significant savings. This is a great machine that has been well-maintained since new. It is clean overall and it runs very cool. It is also very quiet. It should have many years of trouble-free life left in it! It had a new Sigma controller installed in January of 2012. The hours are currently showing 3073 run hours ... moreand 743 load hours. The compressor ran about 2000 hours a year. With about a quarter of those hours under load. So the hours on the compressor before the new Sigma display was installed were somewhere around 20,000 run hours and 5,000 load hours or so, next to nothing on a machine designed to go 100,000 hours before the airend bearings need to be serviced.
