Has all items required to run, including outlet check, relief, and aftercooler, unload valve, tank relief, pressure switch, hour meter, automatic drain valve, and NEMA Size 2 motor starter(much oversized) Currently set up to pump up to about 118 PSI, then unload until pressure drops to 115 PSI. Antique 1925 Weber air compressor and tank
This is an antique circa 1925 air compressor manufactured by Weber Auto Accessories of Newark. NJ. It is still in working condition- I use it daily in my shop. It measures 5 feet high by about 18 inch's round. It is all original with the exception that I added a water separator on the high pressure output. Everything works including Auto shut off, pressure gauge and the tank holds air for months. This is perfect a perfect addition for an antique car collectors shop. This is for local pick-up only. I could not find a model number. But my guess is that it's about 20 years old. I acquired this machine and some other equipment in trade for my work; as a favor, to help out an ailing friend, and have no use for it myself. He was a building contractor and used it seasonally(to power several nail guns at once) It has been stored in his shop and has had only occasional use over the last 10 years. For sale is a 2005 Quincy QT-15 Duplex with 2 15HP motors and 2 pumps mounted on a 200 gallon tank. It has some minor imperfections on the belt guards. Fins on the intercoolers, and a dent on the control box, but overall it is in very good condition. This is a great compressor, capable of producing 51 ACFM@ 175 psi each for a total of 102 ACFM@ 175 psi at 923 RPM. At 1150 max RPM, the pumps are capable of producing 62 ACFM each at 175 psi for a total of 124 ACFM@ 175 psi. As you can see in the video, the compressor pumps can fill the 200 gallon tank in about 3 minutes. C-Aire Dual Cylinder Air Compressor For Dry Pipe Sprinkler Sys. W/ 30 Gal Tank
This is a model S500TH-U. I just replaced both crankshaft bearings. Changed the oil and replaced the V-belt on this compressor. The piston and cylinder bore looked good. It has a 30-40 psi pressure switch and it shuts off at about 44 pounds. The motor is a Century-A.O. Smith. The HP = SP. It will operate on either 115 or 230 volts 1 phase. Full load amperes are 15/7.5. The C-Air web site says the HP is 1.5 but 1.5 HP motors usually are rated at 20 amps. The unit was manufactured 12-15-09. It came out of a hospital.
