Quincy model QDTH 150 cfm heatless desiccant compressed air dryer. Manufactured for Quincy by Pneumatec. Will dry to-40 Deg. F at 150 CFM flow. Which would be the full output of a 40 HP compressor. This dryer was taken out of service on a medical air system in a hospital because it was too big for the air load. A smaller dryer was installed in its place. Dryer was manufactured in 2006 and has ASME labeled tanks. Purch system was modified by the hospital to allow for manual adjustment of purge flow. this in no way affects the proper operation of the dryer. 150 PSU maximum pressure. 115 Volt operation current. Inlet and outlet ports are 1 1/2" NPT. I installed one new flow valve, as the existing one didn't seem to be opening properly. Dryer was tested through several cycles.

Up for auction is our company's Zeks air dryer. Model 100HSGA. It is a heat sink, air cooled design. It's wired up for 110volt outlet use. It has an automatic drain on it set to a timer. All of the necessary plumbing pipes, bypasses, drain bucket, etc. are all included with this unit. We purchased this unit new back in 2007, and have used it until late last year, 2012) Our company purchased a bigger air compressor, and hence needed a bigger dryer to accommodate. It was in perfect working order when we took it off-line. We installed it, and never had a maintenance call on it ever. We didn't even send in the warrantee card) The heat exchanger is made of stainless steel, and the unit is still under the factory pro-rated warrantee.
