Sabtronics model 2000 frequency counter. I put batteries in it and it did nothing. But I don't know if you need to plug things in it to make it work or not. When I took the back off, a corner piece broke off. Other than that, it looks in good shape. Battery things are corroded or anything. This is a used red lion industrial counter. Powers up. And the display is bright and clear(even though the photo makes it look dim) I'm not exactly sure how to test it. The buttons seem to work. There is normal wear and tear from the buttons being pushed and looks like someone used a screw drive to pop the counter from its housing. I have included photos showing this.
