Unit is in really great shape with no cracks or dents to the exterior. The inside looks great. The exterior plastic is a little dingy looking and would probably be brought back to life with a little Armor-all. As with all vintage electronics. This auction is for a PDI-60AD demodulator. It works fine and shows good video and audio. Also throwing in one that's partly working as a bonus. The PDI-60AD demodulator can be used as an analog tuner which includes demodulation of channel 2/3/4 of old retro computer or gaming consoles. It takes a RF input from VCR/Atari 400/800/2600/Pong C140/etc. systems and gives a clear audio/video output on the TV. It allows setting of channel and selecting the various types of signals- TV/Cable/IRC/etc. This will convert the RF signal from an Atari 2600. 5200, 400, 800, XL, XE, VCR, Commodore 64, C-140 Atari Pong, etc. to separate audio and composite video for hooking up to modern TVs that take A/V input. Note that some of the connectors are coaxial so they require the F adapter(s) that converts the video and audio to RCA type connectors. But these ... moreare available for less than a buck. You are bidding on an EICO model 944 flyback& yoke tester for TV and computer repair. A flyback transformer and yoke tester is a convenient tool for confirming whether a high voltage transformer or deflection yoke is good or should be rejected as bad. Flybacks and yokes are found in almost every piece of electronic equipment using a cathode ray tube(CRT) Including TV sets and many computers built before flat panel displays became common. This particular tester is an EICO 944. Serial number 14099. It comes with all the original paperwork including the construction manual and the operating manual(photo 3) This unit is in good cosmetic condition(see photos) But has a broken meter needle(photo 2) The needle doesn't reach all the way to the scale and the broken segment is loose inside the meter housing. In spite of this the tester powers ... moreup and the needle position can be adjusted using the left hand knob. I did not try this tester on flybacks or yokes, because the meter will have to be repaired or replaced before it can be put back into service and used effectively. The 944 is a handy tool. I have another one in my electronics shop and use it every time I suspect a bad flyback or yoke in a TV set or computer display. Here is a vintage B& K CRT 465 tube tester. It is in very good condition. Works and is complete with manuals, box and interchangeable tube receivers. As you can see. The power light comes on and the needle moves. The unit was working the day I got it. Which was only a couple days before this listing. The case is in good shape with the normal wear and tear you would expect from a protective case. The manuals include 4 set up charts. 3 from 1966 and one from 1969. There is a parts list, upgrade letter from B& K and the original instruction manual. All of these are in good condition and housed under the cover of the tester.
