I have these two Tektronix 475 200Mhz oscilloscopes that I tested with a 1usec pulse width at 10usec pri and they seem to work very well on both channels. I will say I cannot and did not test all the features of these scopes but I have no reason to believe there are any issues at all. Display is bright and focus is good. I will provide a X10 scope probe and one 50 ohm cable with each unit. One has a pouch on top. It is clean where most are filthy. I will offer the one with the pouch to the first one who buys if they ask for it only. Price is for one 200MHz scope. You are only bidding on one.
