Both are good cosmetically. We ran a basic test of transmit and receive between the units as shown in the photo. One unit is newer than the other as seen in the different logo. Don't know how much time difference that represents, but serial numbers may be some indication. The two units have different options as can be seen in the photos. The one we think is newer has the most options listed. This HP 4195A Network/Spectrum Analyzer and Measurement Unit was bought by us at an auction several years ago. And used in our laboratory. Our technicians say it runs well but that we no longer need it in our facility. It operates in teh 10 Hz to 500 MHz frequency band. The cables connecting the upper and lower units are included. One of the plastic"feet" on the Measurement Unit is missing but I cannot see that it causes any trouble. It was last calibrated in August, 2010 by Agilent.
