From what I know about chains the wwl is the working load limit, The HOR checked means horizontal use and not for transport, recovery, or overhead lifting. The grade 43 chain has the same rating as a grade 40 and is high test carbon steel chain. The reach is measured from the inside of each grab hook, the overall length will be a little more. Bolts are 5/8" 3/8" thick steel construction. Inside width is 3" Total length 6" They fit 1958-1/90 landcruiser fj40, 45, 55, 60, and 62 series. May fit other applications like jeep, ect.
