Electrolytic capacitors, etc. Components are placed in the slot at the front of the unit and the vibratory feeder adjustment knob(left front) adjusts the feed speed. As the component travels down the slot from front to back the cutter bar trims the leads and the cut components fall into the tray at the rear of the machine.
