This is a mint condition Werner 28' fiberglass ladder that I purchased new from Lowe's about 1.5 years ago. I am a homeowner and it was used a dozen times over the last year around my home. The ladder is in like new condition with only a few minor scratches at the top where it scrubbed against my gutters. This ladder has been stored indoors the entire time. I paid $319 from lowe's. I bought this ladder 2nd hand in its exact condition and proceeded to completely re-roof. And re-side my entire 2 story colonial home with this ladder. It is in perfect working condition. Everything operates as it should. New lanyard as well. The only defect which is not a structural one, is a slight crack at the top of the bedded section. The ladder is in very good working condition with just a little paint on one side at the top(presumably where is leaned against a wall) and some paint on the bag.
