I have tested with my inexpensive digital ohmmeter and this standard works fine BUT I have no way to check calibration as I don’t have the sensitive instrumentation required. This is a very nice Micro-Tel measurements receiver model 1295 option 1&2. Frequencies from.01-18GHz in 6 bands direct reading and from 18-40GHz using external mixers(not included) It will respond to inputs on all the direct bands and all of the front panel controls elicit a response. I am not familiar with how to interpret the displays but it will auto range as to level of the input. Track a signal, lock on a signal, display an approximate frequency of the input frequency etc. It is very sensitive to low level signals. I do not have the external mixers so I cannot test the function of the higher bands. Pictured with a 50 MHz input and a 14.5 GHz input at–10dB to demonstrate functionality. This instrument is in good physical condition the top and bottom panels have some scuffs and scratches( the finish can be scratched with a fingernail ... morequite easily) there are no big dents or other physical damage.
