Up for auction is a Yanmar model YM 240 Tractor with a belly mounted Woods finish mower. The engine is a 2 cylinder 24HP diesel. The mower is a Woods L59 with a 60 in mowing path. This tractor has an 8 speed with 2 speed reverse manual transmission. The engine runs well no excessive smoke and has good power. These engines have no glow plugs or manifold heater. It does need a small amount of starting fluid for initial cold start like most diesel engines of this age. When it reaches normal operating temperature restarts fine. The brakes work good and the transmission shift as it should. The clutch feels good no slipping or grinding gears. The mower is in very solid condition and runs quietly. Cuts very well. The tractor is in nice condition, it does show some signs of use and wear for its age but is still very presentable. I’m mentioning this because I’ve only owned the tractor for just over a year and the information for the tractor's history comes from the previous owners. Who the consignment shop listed as having owned it for14 years. It's a good running, solid tractor. I bought this tractor after moving from the inner city to a rural setting. I thought I would need a tractor more than I have. The truth of the matter is that I’ve used it for maybe 8-10 hours of work since I bought it and, half of that time was probably just me trying to make use of the tractor. It's a 1974 according to the serial number 209-155T. The Consignment Shop listed the engine as being rebuilt 112 hours ago. I have no way to verify or confirm this but it was a reputable ... moreshop and they listed that very thing on eBay. The engine does run very good. Doesn’t smoke excessively and idles great. The transmission shifts good and has 8 forward gears and 4 reverse ones. I was formerly an Oldsmobile mechanic and as Clint said, A man’s got to know his limitations. So since I do, I had a friend of mine, who has worked with tractors for a good part of his life, come over and check this tractor out for me. A few things he said are worth mentioning. He pointed out a part of the frame where this tractor has no cracks at all. He said, typically that when guys beat a tractor, cracks show up where the bucket has been forced against a fixed object like a curb or rocks. He was impressed that this tractor had none of the expected cracks. He also pointed out that the back of the bucket had been reinforced for back dragging. He said the pins on the backhoe were showing the usual wear, to a bit loose, but that it was in good shape for its age. He noticed that the hydraulics work when the engine is idling meaning that you didn’t have to rev the engine up in order for the hydraulics to move. He said this was a sign that the hydraulic pump was in good shape because when the

1953 John Deere tractor that I purchased from ebay via Minnesota in 2009.Since that time I cleaned and detailed the body and painted the rims on both sides. The tractor runs great and we used it for local parades and Pick your own farm tours with a matching 1940s hay wagon. IH 826 Gold Demonstrator Tractor
Up for auction: 1970 IH Gold Demonstrator 826 diesel tractor. This tractor is original with 7798 hours. It is equipped with a 2 point hitch. 2 hydraulic valves, an IH wide front with 10.00-16 front tires@ 30% on 8 bolt wheels, dual pto, flat top fenders with lights, 18.4-38 rear tires@ 60% and a gear drive. The sheet metal is very straight. The grille is undamaged also. Now the bad news: the engine developed a low end knock a year ago and hasn't been run since. The engine is not stuck, but will need work. It is missing the left Farmall 826 emblem, the left and right steps(the tractor had an aftermarket cab on it that has been removed) left 2 point hitch sway block is missing and casting is broken as seen in photo, and the front axle pivot ball is loose. This was going to be a restoration project for my son and I but plans have changed ... moreso it is for sale. The fenders, front axle, pto, and sheet metal alone are easily worth the starting bid. The pictures show the serial number@11760 which is a 1970 model, the only year they made these gold demonstrators. No break bends or welds on it at all matching 13.6x38 co-op agripower rear tires@ 50% or so. Light weathering but solid front tires are 6.00 x 16 and are good useable has lights. Pto shield, ball jar air cleaner, factory IH muffler Nice tight seat PTO Hydraulics Clutch Brakes all good Good oil pressure We bought this tractor out of a guy who lived up by my parent's place- it had been sitting for around 3-4 years in a shed. We winched it up and brought it home to the shop. Put in some fresh gas and a battery and she jumped right to life! Drove it around a little bit and found that all the gears. Hydraulics, brakes, clutch, pto, electical system and cooling ... moresystem all work good! It was running a bit rough, so we gave it a tune up: Points plugs cap rotor and wires. Seemed to help some, but its still running rough, probably needs a carb kit or monkey with the timing. It has a PERFECT 120psi compression on all cylinders, good clean antifreeze that tested at-30 and good black oil. We are just out of time on this machine- we're selling it as-is, will drive right up on your trailer, but does idle a bit rough and may need some carb tinkering. Was owned by the Orlando Airport Authority and used to mow the airfields. Tractor and deck are in great shape. Enclosed cab with a/c, tinted glass, good tires, good blades, 4x3 trans, 6096 running hours and 2638 PTO hours. Everything on the tractor works well, it leaks a little from the remote hookups and leaves a spot when parked but not a real big deal. Serial# 103864B. Zennoh 26hp Tractor 100 hours with attachments
This is an overall great 4x4 26HP tractor. This auction includes the attachments shown in the pictures. Heavy Duty Howse disc, double plow and auger. We bought this tractor from a tractor facility in Texas. The owner of the company explained that this tractor has Kubota parts but due to coming from overseas after being on a showfloor in Japan for a while the rules are the parts can not have any serial numbers kept on anything although you probably will if you go to replacing any interior parts in the future. This tractor came off the same assembly line as Kubota does. The bucket was installed by the company we bought the tractor from in Texas and has worked great for pushing brush up and pushing down trees in the woods here at our home. The attachments all have only been used once or twice and we have only had everything for a little over ... morea year. We currently are moving to Florida and the people we are buying the house from have a tractor there they are including in the sale of the house so we will not need ours anymore. This tractor is in excellent working condition no leaks everything works. We just put a new more comforable seat on the tractor not seen in the pictures. All attachments are high quality and fit the tractor with ease. This is a great deal, everything is still very new and in the best of shape. Farmall A Restoration Project
Farmall A tractor. this tractor was started to be restored by the previous owner. The engine ran when it was started to be restored. The oil pan leaked and was removed to replace the gasket but was never finished. The tractor will need and oil pan gasket and oil. Wiring and a battery and battery box, the generator will probably need rebuilt and a new voltage regulator. The fuel bowl is missing the glass bowl and clamp. the right brake pedal was removed and never put back on but it and the linkage are there. the radiator was redone but when it was installed the lower hose was not installed so it will have to be pulled back out to install the hose. The hood came off of a different tractor. The grill is very straight. The fuel tank is clean inside. the tires and rims are all in good condition. as far as i can see the only 2 issues i have found ... morewith the tractor are the left rear final drive housing was cracked at one time and brazed and where the battery sits there is a hole rusted through the tunnel tube about the size of a quarter. John Deere 2305 4WD loader Backhoe - 4x4 Tractor 120 hours
This is a little John Deere 2305 that we bought to use on our 1 acre home site while we were building our house. But that work is finished now. Everyone knows John Deere quality. And this is not the same John Deere as you find in the discount stores, this is a small tractor that is built to perform very much like its full grown counterparts. Yet it has simple hydrostatic drive drive system, with separate pedals for forward and reverse and joysticks for the loader and backhoe, that my wife and our 11 year old daughter have no problem operating. Recently we started using it to push brush on our ranch and realized we need a larger. Older, rough machine because the cedar brush will make this tractor look old before its time. Don't get me wrong, this tractor thinks it is full grown and with the 4 wheel drive and differential lock it will do ... moremore than just push brush and trees. If you are not careful you will find yourself climbing the piles. As for digging; the bucket on the front or rear will take full bites even in the hardest dirt. It is also the most versatile tractor you will ever own. If you search John Deere on Yahoo or youtube you will see them performing almost every task. The John Deere 200 CX quick disconnect loader and John Deere 230 factory backhoe attachment both come off and store easily making the tractor ready to accept any other attachments. These tractors are about $22K new. Equipped with the loader and backhoe. If you don't need them you could sell them. They cost around $2.7K and 4.5K new respectively. I will also include the original three point attachment arms, which were never used. This is a no reserve auction and the opening bid is at used value without loader and backhoe.
