CLAUSING LATHE 5902 12"x24" Metal cutting machine tool
Here we have a used Clausing model 5902 engine lathe. I think its a 12"x24" size. It has a 3 phase 1 HP. motor. Serial No. 50866. I aquired it, and never got a phase converter to run it. Previous owner said everything on it worked good. Bed ways look good, not all beat up etc. It does not have a chuck, but has a faceplate,and some hub parts that look like they go on the spindle. A set of collets should be coming with, as I find them Ill post pictures of them. Machine looks good, could use a cleaning,and service. Comes as you see it,with what you see,with the exception, of a collet set. Spindle mount is a threaded collar nut with a taper key style, not sure what the proper name is. Monarch 10EE Manual Lathe 12.5" x 20" w/ VFD, 5HP AC Motor, running condition
Monarch Model 10EE Lathe The Monarch 10EE is one of the best precision manual lathes ever built. Do a google search and see what the experienced machinists say. This American built iron puts the competition to shame. Here are the details. Swing = 12.5” Travel centers = 20” Manufacture Date = 10-1957 This Monarch 10EE runs however the spindle bearings sound noisy and may need to be replaced. The spindle will run to 2500 RPM. Each axis will run in both directions and at multiple speeds. The long belts are older but in good condition. The flat belt is new. There is a box with some odds and ends such as knobs. Handles, original dial indicator, and more. The paint looks to be epoxy based which is good but it was brushed on and not sprayed so there are brush strokes. This lathe has undergone a retrofit from the original tube style drive and DC ... moremotor to newer technology units. The new motor is a Marathon Electric AC Inverter Duty motor with 5HP. It is run by a DuraPulse VFD on 240VAC power. Manual is included for the drive. The original control lever for the spindle is not hooked into the drive. This can be done by adding some switches at the end of the machine. Currently the machine is controlled from a box located on top. There is control for JOG/RUN. FWD/REV, and a speed adjustment knob in addition to drive power on/off and coolant pump on/off on the box. An E-Stop button is located lower on the machine where the operator stands. I have tested all of these switches and everything works! Included with the machine are some goodies to include: Cushman 3 jaw chuck- Operates properly and is in good condition. Set of jaws is installed the chuck and another set of jaws is included. There is a chuck key included. Tailstock– In good working order. Looks like it was repainted with the lathe. Steady Rest– In good condition but not completely ready to use. All of the jaws move as they should however the nut you tighten after closing it is missing. The bolt and all other parts appear to be present. Looks to be original paint.

Hello. I am selling my Mazak QT 20 universal that has a manufacture date of 6- 85. This was a great running machine. However we left it without power for too long and now it has an alarm for missing parameters. I am a small one man shop and have no desire to spend the time to put all of the parameters back into the machine. If you want the machine and want to spend the time putting the parameters back in. Then please buy it or make an offer to buy it. Otherwise maybe you have a machine that you need parts for. This machine has machined plastic parts for almost it's entire life. So it has not been abused. I do have about 2- 4 I.D. tool holders for it as well and I may have the manuals for it laying around somewhere. See video It has a 12 station turret with live tooling and all 12 stations can be"live" Features a servo driven full C axis for milling. 20 hp main spindle and a 5 hp milling spindle. A2-8 Spindle nose and a 3.23 spindle bore. Has RS-232 port for easy program transfer. Comes with all toolholders shown. Does not come with chuck shown. It has 7 live toolholders with it. These alone are worth several thousand dollars. We also have several rebuild kits for the live heads that I'll throw in. It comes with a full set of manuals. We have owned this machine for the last 15 years and have used it sparingly. Only thing we know not to work is the cooling fan for the spindle motor. Probably an easy fix but we have had no reason to do it. We run short jobs on it and the spindle motor just does not get very hot for what ... morewe used it for. The spindle drive was completely rebuilt 6 months ago and it has a new power supply for the control in it. It is a Fanuc 6TB control. We also have the Fanuc manual for it. We had this machine under Fanuc contract and had them look it over the last time they were out and everything checked out fine. This is still a very good machine and holds good tolerances. We routinely hold.0005 on bores with no problem. We have bought a new 4 axis lathe and needed the floor space so it had to go. Sold as is where is. No returns. Haas CNC Lathe SL-30T SL 30 year 2000 Metal Metalworking NO RESERVE! NR!
NO RESERVE! You're looking at a 2000 Haas SL-30T Lathe. I'm a mechanical engineer and I bought this lathe about 2 months ago to produce a set of parts. Unfortunately I have realized I'm really not a machinist. And I have decided to have an outside shop produce the parts instead. So now I must sell the lathe. I will probably sell at a significant loss since I simply don't have the time to complete my project, so I suppose my loss is your gain. All major systems on the lathe are functional as far as I have been able to observe. Although I have not checked the programmable tailstock or tool setter arm but I assume they work. Chip conveyor and coolant pump are included(chip conveyor wiring has a small bit of frayed insulation but should not affect operation) X and Z axes jog normally through their full ranges and the tool turret ... morerotates properly. This Haas lathe came from a factory that makes pots and pans. They had used it to trim off the unfinished edges of pots, so it was used for repeated operations for some time. It looks to be a good machine, basically fully functional, but the axes have some noticeable play or slop, especially the Z axis. I had planned to replace both the X and Z ballscrews(and possibly linear guides) but I simply don't have the time at this point. I believe this is all that is needed to bring the machine back to full precision. The spindle feels smooth and normal. The factory it came from was using it directly before I got it, so they have informed me that all major systems work. The original auto-opening-door mechanism is no longer present but was replaced at some point with an air-powered pneumatic cylinder system. This system is not hooked up anymore. But I will include the air valves(still connected to the control) and the pneumatic cylinder if you would like. The door wheels have been replaced with heavy duty rails and slides. Recently, I have bypassed the door-is-open switch to demonstrate operation. Reconnect this switch system to ensure safe operation. Features: Ha

20x120 Lion Engine Lathe (Will Ship Freight)
Lion 20x120 geared head lathe. Lion lathes are similar to Tarrnow and TOS The machine looks to be in good usable condition however we have not tested it. Our inventory is getting too big and we need to let some things go. It is dirty and needs a bath. Also in the photos it is missing the chip pan and back splash however we have them and they come with the lathe.
