This mig welder is the predecessor to the now popular power mig 180C part# K2473-2 which has a cost close to $1000.00. It has the exact same duty cycle and dependability. It runs off 208 or 220 volt single phase power. This is not the cheap version they sold in the hardware stores with snap switches without gas capability this has the fully continuous dials which enable you to dial in to the exact perfect setting for smooth running low splatter and excellent bead appearance. This unit also has the internal gas solenoid and solenoid software(an additional cost option on some hardware models) which allow you to run solid wire with gas coverage with no additional modifications. Of course you can also run the basic self shielded flux core wires as well. This unit is in exceptional shape and was barely used looking close to new.
