This is a barely used CNC plasma table similar to the one that is pictured. We purchased this unit in December of 2013. We paid for a factory rep to come install and train our staff on how to use this machine. After repeated attempts to get the factory to warranty the issues with this table we finally came to an agreement and sent the gantry in for refurbishing. Due to the delay in making all of this happen we purchased another unit from a different company and would now like to sell this machine. It works great and does everything you can ask of it. 1/4" steel at 100% duty cycle and it will cut up to 5/8" This has the original 15' cutting lead and ground cable. It also comes with the 120V/230V adapter power cord, a circle cutting guide that also works for long straight cuts and a large group of tips and electrodes as shown in the photos. K.N. Aronson Ox-act tracer shape cutting machine, flame cutter tracer,parts only
This flame cutter was in great shape but my brother did not have enough room in his shop for it. He mounted it to his outside pad and kept a tarp over the electrical parts. Brother passed away and no one kept the electrical and solenoids covered for about 1.5 years. It trashed the Linatrol tracer head. You may be able to get a rebuilt one from Westinghouse in Canada. I ran a Union Carbide CM-50 with this type of head. Very durable, just keep the lens clean. This type of tracer is just that. It has no gear racks in the two axis, it was only using the tracer or direction switch on the control box. You have no data ports on this machine and that is the reason it had no gear racks. Still, it was a dream for any fabricator. I think these torches can cut up to 6" thick steel. There are at least two torches maybe four, too lazy to get out in ... morethe cold to look, sorry. The main frame is not shown but we have it. I think the travel was 10 feet by 24 feet. You can alter the main frame to larger or smaller according to how you assembled and added longer tubing. Still, I would say this machine is for parts only. The inside of the control box looks in good shape. Over all weight would be 800 or so pounds but if you want it shipped we will have to have a freight firm quote it. Or you may want just to take the one axis with all of the controls, motors, solenoids, tracer head and torches. We can help disassemble and load the torch on a truck like a 3/4" ton. esab plasma system (2) esp 400c power supplys and torches PT-15XL
Here are a(2)power supply's. PT15-XL torches and(2)cooling units and most everything off of our esab system as far a plasma cutting. A ton of consumables are also included. Our computer took a dump on our machine and we went to up grade our system and Lincon welding came in and did a retro fit on our complete system instead of just the computer. So basically we took everything off that said Esab. These power supply's worked GREAT we could cut 2" steel all day long, the are realy work horses. Unfortunately the computer was junk and we had to do something FAST. Esab was a month out and lincon was a week.I had a hot job coming so I spent some money. Let me know if you have any questions.
