Placing and positioning components on the circuit board is a breeze with the MPP21. You start by grabbing the black knob on the place head and moving the place head tip over the surface mount component you want to place. The component can be picked up from one of the trays or from tape using optional tape feeders or from waffle trays. You then pull down on the knob lowering the place head to contact the top of the component you want to place. When the tip comes in contact with the component the MPP21 automatically turns on the vacuum capturing the part.
