Miller Dynasty 300DX for parts or repair
Here I have a Miller Dynasty 300 Dx Tig welding machine with three phase 230/460 volts input. It does not weld but everything checks out ok on meters when welding except the amps out-put. High frequency starts but doesn't weld. When you strike an arc it doesn't matter what you set it on the amps only go to around 18. I have had the main control board repaired and it did not make any difference. This machine was great to weld with when in operation. I don't believe it is anything major but my company just bought a new welder to replace this one and ask me to list it for them. Comes with original owners manual. TIG Welder Footpedal ( Lincoln Amptrol K870 )
Pedal is used. But works very well. I've been using it for a three or four years on my old Thermal Arc AC/DC TIG welder, but its the wrong pedal for my machine. I need a pedal with the external pedal current adjustment knob for my Thermal Arc. The other issue is the electrical connector on the end of the cable. The connector shown in the photos is NOT included in the sale. When I got the welder. It was missing a connector on the Amptrol foot pedal. I could not find a suitable replacement ended up replacing both the plug on the TIG pedal and the socket connector on the faceplate of my welder with a Galco.com Fujikura/DDK series of connectors. So now, I need that connector back for my new thermal arc replacement foot pedal. I intend to cut it off of this one. You will have to find your own connector that matches your machine. If it will ... morework for you I can provide the plug shown in the image. This pedal is a simple five wire device. An on-off microswitch and a simple voltage divider using a rotary potentiometer. Astro Arc SB - 100 Automatic Orbital Tube Welding System COMPLETE SETUP
The SB- 100 power supply unit is a water cooled unit and must have a water supply to it to operate properly and it has a 25 foot cord that is wired for 110 volts and could be easily converted back to the original 220 voltage. On the back of the sb-100 power supply there is a grounding lug for earth ground and a ground for the work and a electrode terminal and a arc gas out and a arc gas in an a BU gas in and out and water in and out and quick connections for the remote control and the K-3000-2 Orbital TIG Welding Head unit. The K- 3000- 2 Orbital head is a fully programmable unit and it has a 1-1/2 inch collet in it and there is an extra 1-1/2 and 2 collets inserts. There is a 25 foot cord that houses all the connections that go to the Orbital head. The regulator has a tee for two outlets and each one has a flow meter on it. There is also ... morean extra regulator that has a tee and two more flow meters on them. I believe that all the hoses for the gas hook ups are there. It was new in 1996 and was lightly used and very well kept. There's an VHS instruction tape and owners and operators manuals for it. It comes in two very heavy duty travel boxes that open on both ends and every thing in the pictures fits in to the boxes nice and secure. One box weight is 80 lbs. and the other is 130 lbs. both are the same size 18" x 18" x 29" I can put them on a pallet if you wanted to use a trucking firm. UPS prices is only for one of the boxes and it might cheaper to ship by truck. You can also pick it up for free in Omaha, NE.
