As it was a bit too bulky for just storing three of these devices. These devices were always stored away carefully in a container while always adhering to ESD handling practices to protect these IGBTs from any damaging electrostatic discharge to its sensitive gate inputs on the top of these devices(the small pins that are covered with the anti-static black sponge in the images above) There will also be provided with each individual IGBT module its original unused screw mounts. This is a used(but in good working order) Tempatron PD Temp controller type TC4830-04 which I've salvaged from a piece of equipment which had unassociated electronic problems. It works off 24volts DC or AC(24VAC. 24VDC) and comes with a cable socket(RS type 402-721) which already is wired up, so you can either unsolder the wires and use that, or use your own socket. The temperature range is 0 to 800 degrees C. You can find the full spec on the internet by googling the part number. But if you need more info, please contact me.
