Miller 64M 64 60 M Series Microprocessor Pulsed Mig Wire Feeder. A little dusty but tested and functions 100% includes 14 pin lead that is about 6 to 8 feet long. I will include a 15 foot Magnum 200 torch with new liner and consumables. And a good set of four.045 drive rolls. I also printed and put both Miller manuals for the feeder in a three ring binder as well as a chart for wire speed/voltage for 22g through 1/2 inch. Only problem is that it is missing a few drive roll/carrier parts- I had to use them on my other feeder. Those parts I found available through Ebay as well through suppliers online and are not very expensive. These are great feeders and you will have control of all perimeters of the weld process. You can weld 22g on up to as thick as you power supply can handle. You can weld in pulsed Mig and constant Mig modes. For sale is a used Unitek themocouple welder model TCW 1-196-02 serial 921201 This unit was made in the U.S.A. I purchased this item from Ebay about three years ago but used it only a few times over that period. There was an issue recently with an inert gas line not being properly seated in a fitting which was causing a leak. This issue has been corrected and the gas line doesn't leak. I tried doing some spot welds on it recently and it worked ok. See last pic of spot weld that I did on copper wire using this welder. The wire was approximately 30 gauge. The energy control dial has a range from 20 to 40 gauge. This unit uses a handset which accepts thermocouple wire. The handset is then inserted into the welder. The welder detects the insertion and forms the spot weld in an inert atmosphere. This gives clean and consistent high-quality ... morethermocouple welds. The inside of the unit is very clean and shows no signs of repairs. Rework, or damage. DC reverse polarity(electrode positive) provides about 10 percent more penetration at a given amperage than AC, while DC straight polarity(electrode negative) welds thinner metals better. All electrodes run on DC. Whereas some do not run on AC and some are harder to run on AC. It takes a 200 amp AC welder to do what a 150 Amp DC welder can do. Limited rod selection. AC welders can only do certain alloys like 6011. 6013, 7014, but nothing else. Deposition rate on AC is slower so any weld takes longer. It's harder to strike an arc on an AC welder. They tend to shock you if your gloves are wet.
