Welcome to my auction for this lovely little EDM machine. This machine hasn't been used for approximately 3 years. When last used it was fully functional. Apart from the digital read out. The digital read out unit has been removed for repair and, unfortunately, mislaid. The machine can be used on the increments on the hand dials, but a better option would be to fit a new 2 access DRO. It's a 3 phase machine with a stand alone hydraulic power pack. The tank is integrated into the machine and can be raised and lowered, giving full access to the machine bed. Obviously in the photograph the tank is in its lower position. The electrolite fluid is also contained in the machine, along with the filters. So the whole unit takes up 1 pallet space. You are bidding on a GOOD condition Milltronics Model Partner 00. This mill can be ran either with the 2-Axis Centurion I CNC control or manually. In the manual mode the control is equipped with a 2-Axis D.R.O. The CNC Control can be ran with the conversational software or you can download into the machine with the 3.5" floppy or RS232 port. This mill has a 10" X 50" table and has a X-Axis travel of 32" and a Y-Axis travel of 16" The Partner 00 is a much heavier mill than a Bridgeport and has square box ways and a much beefier column. It is not working. I got it several years ago on trade for another machine. In non-functional condition. At that time, I was able to get the software drivers for PC, and got the machine up and running. It had a limit control error at which point I could go no farther with it. I had intended to get it fully functional to use. But never got around to it. I had pulled all the boards. And shipped them off to get checked out and RAM upgraded. But, as you see in the photos, I never got to put them back in properly and reconnect all the cables. In the meantime. I got a newer machine, so this one has just sat for about 5 years. Its time to get it out of the shop and make some space. ============================================ This will make a great. Dyna Myte 2400 CNC Mach 3 4 axis mill
Te first two pictures are movies of the mill in motion. Hi. I have a Dyna 2400 Milling machine CNC. Im not a CNC guru I will try to explain everything the best I can. 1st? is why am I selling the machine. When you come pick it up you will see I have a plethora of mills/CNCs. The money from this will be going into my G0704 project to finish it. Ive had the machine for 4 years the motors were gone on it.But Ive only fixed it 2 months ago. So I purchased 4 axis kit from xylotex. The stepper are 425oz. Any warranty I have from them will carry on to you. I also have a brand new 4th motor for a forth axis that goes with the mill if you ever decide to add the forth axis. The machine is older but as far as I can tell works good. Back lash is around x.004 y.003 z.001. Its has been under MACH3 control. I use solid works and solidcam for cad cam. Its ... morealways done whats it was told to. The limit switches work but I dont have the set up since Mach has a limit setting I did need them. The X axis moves 6.2in Y moves 5in and Z moves 4in but if you look in the pictures the head moves what looks like about(wasn't measured) 6 inches to clear different size work. The motor is a 1/5 horse power motor I believe 3 separate speeds belt driven and goes to 10.000 RPMS. It takes ER16 collets the spindle is a ER16. I have a set of 9 collets that go with the machine. 2 Tee nuts that go in the Tslots. small set of hold downs and some toe clamps I made to go to the machine. Theres also collet wrenches that go with the er set. The Dyna has a one shot oiler the is in perfect working condition. Please come by look at it any time before bidding/ buying it.
