It also has a Fujitok part# A98L-0001-0920. It is flat on one side, and the other side has a radius of curvature of roughly 14mm, making this a very negative lens. This auction is for a zinc selenide lens made for Inframetrics by Coherent Optics division. The lens is a meniscus lens. But the concave side is only slightly curved, and the curve only extends about 22mm of the lens diameter on that side. The convex side, which is more curved, extends the entire diameter of the lens. The lens is 28mm diameter, and I roughly measured the focal length to be 18mm with visible light. The lens is marked as Inframetrics part# 08034-000, and is called a#5 element lens. This is a beautiful lens, probably for some laser machining application, and quite a big and heavy chunk of ZnSe. Pick up a spare lens for your laser at a small fraction of the new cost.
