Veeder Root Vintage Meter Counter 6 Digits Made in Hartford Conn. Not dated. Guessing late 50's to early 60's. Measures 4 1/4" x 2" x 2" Pull the lever and it works. Can be reset. Not sure where this was used. In excellent mechanical shape. Does have hole in plastic film over the numbers display. Please see pictures for an up close look at that.
