The AC function seems to work. But DC is pegged at negative full scale. The probe body is in good condition and works properly. The cord has a small burn mark exposing the shield(see 4th picture) As can be seen in the pictures there are stickers on the probe. I do not see any cracks in the plastic. The parts from this probe can be used to replace broken probe bodies(plastic parts) on A6302, A6312, P6302, and TCP202 probes as the probe body and slide assembly are the same for all of the probes. Current Probe Amplifier for Oscilliscope
From one of the best electronic test equipment manufacturer. The Tektronix Current Probe Amplifier is just what you need to complete your lab. The probe attached to the Current Probe Amplifier will be used to be displayed on your scope( as shown in in the first two pictures) This amplifier will use either a Tektronix P6019, P6020, P6021 or P6022 probe. This was recently removed from a lab in perfect working condition. Unfortunately the AC plug in connector unit is missing and you will need one of the above probes. Please note on the face of the AMP you can select current or voltage to be amplified. Tektronix A6312 100 MHz Current Probe AM503B Amp TM502A Chassis Tektronix A6312 100 MHz Current Probe. Tektronix AM503B Current Probe Amplifier, TM502A Two Bay Chassis, and Instruction Manuals for all three(in links below) All in very good condition with normal scuffs and scrapes for their age. All details shown in attached pictures. The Tektronix A6213 Current Probe is rated to 100 MHz and with a rise time of less than 3.5 nS when paired with the AM503B Amplifier. DC gain accuracy is better than 3% Probe is good to +- 20 Amps up to 10 KHz then is derated to 2 amps at 100 MHz. This probe pairs nicely with the included AM503B Current Probe Amplifier. All ranges on the amplifier work and it has a fresh NVRAM battery. I ran a couple of calibrations that are show in the photographs. Note the scope is NOT included in this auction. The results ... morewere: Set for 200 mA/div and a 400 mA pulse. The system measured 392 mA Set for 2 mA/div and a 4 mA pulse.
