SIGG Oval Water Bottle Canteen Flask with Cup (0.6L, Black)
For sale is a used SIGG oval water bottle/canteen/flask with cup. It's supposedly a replica of a 1941 Swiss Army canteen model. And I believe SIGG no longer makes this canteen, so it's also a bit of a collector's item. It's very elegantly designed and useful for hiking& camping. The cup is made of sturdy stainless steel construction and the bottle is made of stainless steel or aluminum. I bought this a few years ago and have only used the canteen to hold water. There are no dents or significant damage- the only sign of wear is a small scratch on the bottle near the logo(see 3rd photo)

This is a real nice vintage military style water canteen. This is in good used condition and is clean! The Canteen has some markings on the top that look like ICO' 55/56 and the case has M. v. O Rompa& Zonen 1955. Think these are the makers from the Netherlands area. The inside of the case is lined with wool for insulation. And the canteen is aluminum with a plastic type cap. This is a very nice WWII British Forces water canteen/bottle for the collector. Re-enactor. It is a metal canteen enclosed in felt material. It comes with its original cork stopper& cord which attaches the cork to the canteen. The canvas/webbing sleeve is dated 1942 and has the War Department arrow/crows foot stamp. This particular sleeve is of the type used by airborne forces- unlike the much more common"strappy" holders/sleeves normally seen. Comes complete with 2 short webbing straps& original brass buckles.
