Thomas and Betts cable cutters for big cable. These are for cutting Copper and Aluminum. I loaned them to a friend and he used them to cut steel I suppose. Anyways. They are still good and tight but need sharpened to work great. They are fairly old but have spent most of their life either laying in the garage or barn. There is only a small place in the cutter head and they do still cut but did cut better before my friend used them.

You can see the original green paint in the last picture which does show up on the handles although much worn off. This is a usable SWEET collectible made in Elizabeth. NJ.
