Good Tektronix Oscilloscope. It doesn't Pass SPC if you run it within five minutes of powering the oscilloscope up. But once it warms up it passes every time. Whether or not it passes or fails there is never anything that doesn't work properly. There is never any DC offset at high sensitivities and trigger levels are correct. HP 54111D 500MHz 1GS/s Digital Oscilloscope, partially working
Partially working oscilloscope. Great for someone who doesn't mind a little tinkering. The scope has(likely) dirty attenuator contacts. Just search"54111D repair" There is a nice tutorial on how to do it. Both channel display a signal, most of the time. See the first picture, sometimes the front-end switches don't make good contact. Usually just switching the vertical sensitivity back and forth will fix the problem. I haven't fully tested the unit. But I'm pretty sure it works. The calibrator pin is bent, but the signal is still good. Trig 1 input BNC is damaged. Please email me with any questions. I have not used it in years! I forget exactly how to use it. I couldn't get the second channel to appear but once and then lost it. I didn't want to keep adjusting it as I didn't know exactly how to get it back up. It may have issues on the 2nd channel. There is an"A-B Balance" adjustment on the bottom of the instrument that may correct the 2nd channel. I'm not going to try adjusting it. This is a Fluke 99 ScopeMeter Series II. This is a combination oscilloscope + digital multimeter all in one compact package. A great small unit that can perform many functions. This unit is in very good condition with light signs of wear on the multimeter itself. No wear on any of the buttons and clean all around. The power supply casing cracked, it was sealed back together with some electrical tape but functions perfectly. The unit can be powered by AC power(adapter included) or by batteries(not included) The unit will use standard C-Cell batteries or a special rechargable battery pack. The unit was tested and powers on perfectly. The display and backlight are in perfect shape with no defects to report. Using the buttons on the unit I am able to browse through various menus.
