Vintage Golf Push/Pull Cart: Wire Spoke Wheels, Pad Holder, Steel & Aluminum VG
This is a nice and solid. Built-to-last, vintage Steel and Aluminum Golf Cart with sturdy 10 inch Wire Spoke wheels that roll smoothly. The rubber on the wheels is about 1 3/8 inches wide and is still in decent usable condition. The score card platform still looks very good and o ne of the rubber hole liners for the tees is missing. The bag straps are original and are still very usable. This cart rolls easily and folds up nicely to save space. The entire cart does show some aging and wear and has some paint specs in a few spots as seen in pics but it is in great functional condition and should last for many more years. The name tags are worn off and cannot be read other than a couple of letters which to me looks like it could be"Club One. but I am unsure of the manufacturer. It is built solid with steel and aluminum construction and ... morebuilt to last. I may or may not take the bag holder portions of this cart apart for ease of shipping and to keep the shipping cost down due to box-size pricing. A vintage 1950's Mickey Mouse Club Push'Em Car movable toy box from Walt Disney. We are pleased to present this classic Mickey Mouse Club Push'Em Car from Walt Disney for your consideration. A large toy box for a child. The piece has four(4) wheels and a metal frame so it can be moved without too much effort. Each exterior side is brightly illustrated with Disney characters and Mickey Mouse Club graphics that will be sure to bring back memories to those that were youngsters in the late 1950's during the heyday of the show. The Push'Em Car was acquired by Laurence and Sally Martin on the Travel Channel hit reality TV show Baggage Battles(season 4. Episode 3, titled"Intergalactic Bounty" and filmed in Nashville, Tennessee) This episode recently aired in the May/June time period of 2014, and the Push'Em Car ... morereceived a fair amount of airtime during the episode. We've included a few clips from the episode among our pictures. The Push'Em Car measures 22 inches high. 24 inches wide, and 16-1/2 inches deep. It weighs 14-1/2 pounds. The two larger panels are marked Walt Disney Productions at their lower left corner. Two small pieces of white tape are attached to two sides and marked SALLY(for Sally Martin) The frame on the Push'Em Car is slightly bent such that it does not sit perfectly flat on a hard surface(but would probably not be noticeable on carpet) The four sides show a bit of warping. But nothing too extreme. The painted surface has a bit of crazing and roughness, but colors remain vibrant and substantially intact. We rate the overall condition as good(see pictures) This is a classic piece of mid-century Americana. Sure to recall memories of one of the 1950's most beloved TV shows. The battery sits low which creates a very low center of gravity. I never had the cart tilt over. Even on hilly courses. It is rear wheel drive cart. So it has superior traction going uphill. Compared to front wheel drive. I had Sun Mountain electric before. With front wheel drive and I literally had to push it up on steep hills. The motor is brush-less type built inside the rear wheel. Up for bids is this matching pair of antique iron John Deere farm wheels. They measure roughly 18 inches in diameter. Just under 7 inches wide with a 5/8 inch diameter hole for the axle- Still carry much of their original paint. One of the wheels has a spoke rivet that has popped free and a small dimple on one part of the rim but both will turn just fine together when put on an axle and used. One of many Easter toys put out by Fisher Price. 1942 Push Bunny Cart. I think the bunny looks like Thumper) He is in great condition with light wrinkling of paper and very minimal edge wear.
