What I'm selling is a set of eight MRF151A Power Mosfets. Each Mosfet is rated at 150W and are designed for service up to 175Mhz. Read the datasheet. These are cool parts. Included with the Fets are an amplifier board and heat sink. I don't have the schematics and haven't researched how to convert it to ham use. I'm assuming you're buying this to get the Mosfets while the board and heat sink are a bonus. These Mosfets list for about $75.00 each so the new price for 8 is about $600. Such a deal. The board is design to run on 48V at up to 10A has 50 ohm input and output networks. It has filter networks for 13.56 Mhz so this would need to be changed to operate on other than 20M. The bias circuit was controlled by another unit which is not included so if you wanted to use this board you would need to connect some control circuitry ... moreto the bias area. There are 8 trim pots that correspond to the 8 RF Mosfets. To use this board you will need to reverse engineer it and create your own schematic. The datasheet for the Mosfets is available online at Mouser.com. This 1KW commercial amplifier board was pulled in working condition from a piece of industrial equipment that was being scrapped. Before taking apart I confirmed a 1KW output at 13.56 Mhz(ISM band) This was with a 48V 10A power supply and a bias/excxiter board that is no longer available and not included here. RF 350 linear amplifier I don't know much about this amplifier or radios that it is to be used with. I would imagine anyone looking at this knows much more than I do. I have taken as many pictures as I could for those who know this stuff. For this reason. I can't test the functionality of this amp. I also cannot verify the power levels claimed on the front sticker. I have no reason to believe that this amp does not function but in the interest of accuracy. I will say that it is simply being sold as is. I see no evidence of burned transistors or other parts inside. I presume that failures would show as excessive heat/burn. If licenses and permits are required to operate this item. I leave that as the responsibility of the buyer.

These amps are fairly Broadband and either type can be used on the 70cm UHF Ham band with a minimal adjustment. I had several of these that I bought in a surplus lot a decade ago. This is the one that I kept for my personal use. And I no longer need it. I adjusted/ tuned for the 440 to 450MHz portion of the band, and it provides a clean 40 Watts output with 5 watts input. Some users claim higher output, but I have not personally pushed these with higher input than 5 Watts. The tuned frequency range for peak output can be changed by adjusting the variable capacitor inside the case. A transmitter, UHF Watt meter, amp meter and non-conductive alignment tool are needed. This amp does not need any further adjustment for use with UHF repeaters or simplex on the above listed portion of the UHF ham band. Any adjustment is at your own risk. It has TX/ RX RF switching built-in so it is virually plug and play with a typical UHF HT. All that is needed are the appropriate cables. A UHF HT and a suitable UHF mobile or base antenna.
