I do beleive it is a Cushman. It does have a 3 digit number stamp. It is very hard to read but I think it is marked#50? H.T. Cushman manufactturing Company of Bennington Vermont opened in 1892. They made a line of Smokers in 1920's. This is in very good to great condition especially for it's age. It does have a few cracks here and there but none are to bad. I bought it at a antique store. It was really dirty. I polished it with Old English Dark and I did spray paint the build in ash tray, cigerette holder and match box holder. I painted them a Hammered Antiqued Brass. The owner does not know much about this set other than it has been in her parent's house for around 40 years. Some basic internet research indicates that this is an antique and may be collectible. The reserve price is a result of this research. The table is 40" x 60" each table leaf is 12" wide. Vintage CUSHMAN Colonial Cricket MAPLE FOOT STOOL #9038 sm WOOD Bench
The sturdiest little stool I've ever seen! Solid maple wood- well built- excellent quality! Legs are pegged into the top as shown in photo. A brass tag on the underside states the manufacturer- A genuine Cushman Colonial Creations- made in Bennington. Vermont. Also has an"F" stamped into it as well as"CUSHMAN 9038" The Cushman company was sold in 1971. This stool is over 50 years old, but has no major problems. A few surface scratches, but nothing structurally. The top looks like someone started to sand then stopped- a few light places on the top. 3 of the legs have a felt tab on bottom which I did not attempt to remove. It measures 8 1/4" high and 13" x 8" wide. Really in very good condition. Just a wonderful, beautiful stool! Insurance will be included in shipping charges. Vintage Cushman Wood Colonial Footstool. Sept 23. 1946. The bottom is stamped CUSHMAN 9028. And dated in pencil. Sept 23, 1946. You can find some history on the H.T. Cushman Furniture Company on the North Bennington. VT web site. Just search“Cushman furniture VT” The top is approximately 5/8” thick and is approximately 12-7/8” by 7-3/4” It stands +/ 5” high. The legs were glued(see photos) So I wonder if those are pegs that you see on the top. There is just a very small amount of give/wiggle, but they are study and the stool stands straight. Nice patina. This is a restored 1950's three-wheel electric golf cart made by the Cushman Company from Lincoln. Nebraska. The cart is mostly original. Except for the diamond plate and batteries which are new. The original electric motor works very well. Four heavy duty 6-volt batteries are relatively new and hold their charge well. This early golf cart features a flip lever selector for forward or reverse. What makes this collection quality piece so attractive is that this is a very rare model of Cushman carts. For sale. A running Cushman Cub 3hp engine. The engine was restored at some point before I got it, and the original magneto has been replaced with another. I think that it is from a Wisconsin engine, but I am not sure. A previous owner has put a sprocket on the crankshaft to run the magneto. I have included several pictures of this different magneto and bracket, as a picture can explain it much better than I could. The engine runs, and it should only need a little tinkering to get it show ready. I will load this onto a pickup or truck at no charge. I can ship it via Fastenal at the buyers expense. Cushman CE-7 20-1150 MHz Service Monitor – Nice!
This is a sweet example of a CE-7 with both plug-ins not working. Please note: both of the plug-in units are defective! The broad-band plug-in may have input blown. The scope no doubt suffers from the usual ailments. See web regarding 301 repairs) Please do not operate the main frame with the 301 scope installed as it will let out smoke. I will ship it with the 301 installed. No cover for the Service Monitor is included in this auction. Now for the good: This is a super clean unit as seen in photos! The unit is in good working condition as I have one other keeper Cushman Service Monitor with good plug-ins I could“borrow” to test the unit I am now selling. This unit is shipped with three IF oscillators installed(one is 455 KHz) and I can’t remember the frequencies of the other two. But they are the higher frequency units 10-ish MHz. This is ... morea crystal controlled unit and has a way big bunch of crystals installed. You are getting everything I got when I obtained this unit. When I got it. The channel select shaft was open(i.e. not connected to the switch) Upon inspection, I found that an easy to access plastic coupling was deteriorated. I fabricated one out of a metal spacer, and it worked out well– but not perfect. You could leave it forever with no problem; you can take the time to fabricate a more correct item. This coupling is in the oven, and no doubt was baked to death. The correct part should be fabricated out of plastic or Teflon or whatever. Main idea is to keep the heat of the oven from traveling past the coupling. You will see. It is easy. And I will give you the original plastic parts(or what is left of it) as well as an engineering drawing I made of it using a micrometer. Oh. And one cool thing: This instrument has an external input so you can use a signal generator and*tune* to any frequency you wish! I think this is a nice feature and will find good use on the work bench of an RF experimenter or amateur radio enthusiast. The Tektronix scope cart is*not* included- but if you wish to own it
