You probably know more about the demographic than I do, but I think we are a bunch of old men. Knowledge of how to fish the upper Sac (or the Kern) in winter – we’re there; we are down with that. Charming nubile young surfer girls (“Ever try fly fishin’, Darlin’?”) – not so much.
Think I’ll stick to fly fishing. The fish won’t tell my friends when I make a fool of myself.
