First, I don't use the Flip software; I import the vid files into Premier or Final Cut. Obviously, the resolution is poor relative to any half-decent camcorder, but the convenience is compensation enough. Plus they're cheap and small. I hang the camera around my neck when I fish, and every few minutes I erase the previous file and start again--three quick steps. I wish they had better audio.
