Now people are vying for the chance to be known as the top trash fisherman. Can the apocalypse be far behind? Jean-Paul, I amended the headline, though I think you might to explain this one: "But don't let some limp wristed bamboo slayer guilt you in to conforming to the rules of the blueline."

"Top" refers to how the angler announces himself in an olofactory manner. Top isn't necessarily a good thing, think "eye-watering" or "nostril searing"...
