It seems the Trout Unlimited (the other, less-famous TU) gear closet looks a lot like the Underground’s (the handsomer, better-written TU); they’re clearing it out and inviting you to donate to the cause in return for some high-quality swag.
Bargain hunters with a conscience might find this claim interesting:

Yeah, I got the email too…I didn’t have a chance to take a look at the goodies – it’s probably like the similar emails I get from Orvis – a lot of neat stuff that I don’t need.
In an example of incredible timing, I bought a lot of gear last year…this year, I didn’t need to get much other than flies and tippet…perhaps I was the one who drove the economy down to its knees. ijsouth(Quote)
